** Charged at £0.20 per page. We are able in some circumstances to audit envelopes scan only certain letters. Please ask us about this service.
*** Parcal Storage is provided free for 3 working days on a maximum of 4 parcels with maximum dimensions of 450x350x160mm (Royal Mail Small Parcel). After that we charge £0.50 per parcel per day. Parcels larger than this are £0.50 per day from arrival with maximum dimensions of 500x500x500mm. Larger parcels are charged priced on arrival. We will notify you if parcels arrive by email, stating quantity and sizes as well as charges details.
**** Photocopier use is charged at £0.10 per Black and white page and £0.15 per colour page. With valid student ID this charge is £0.05 per black and white page and £0.10 per colour page.
***** Printer use is charged at £0.10 per Black and white page and £0.15 per colour page. With valid student ID this charge is £0.05 per black and white page and £0.10 per colour page. Printed documents should be emailed to use at least 24 hours in advance of collection.
****** Our mail box services do not allow you to use your address for registered business or registered directors addresses. Any mail from registered address services will incur a £10 charge and your service will be upgraded to a suitable virtual office plan.
******* Extra names can be added at an extra monthly charge.

All prices are excluding VAT. On a monthly rolling contract. Discounts for long term contracts. Extra numbers £5 ex Vat per month. Discounts applied if purchased alongside other services.
